Terms of Service

Draft template — review with legal counsel before public launch.
1. The service
WIVer Canvas (operated by WIV Labs) generates advertising-creative analysis reports from your Meta advertising data. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & access
- You sign in with Facebook and authorize read access to your ad data. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to analyze the ad accounts you select.
- You must keep your contact email accurate and verified.
3. Credits
- Reports consume prepaid credits (1 credit per report), held by a team. A report that fails to generate is automatically refunded.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between teams. Paid purchasing of credits may be offered later under separate billing terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to access data you are not authorized to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Content & intellectual property
- Your ad data and the reports generated from it are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to process the data and produce, store, and deliver the reports.
- The Service software and design remain the property of WIV Labs.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated analysis and creative suggestions may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, WIV Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Service availability & third-party dependencies (no SLA)
The Service depends on third-party platforms — notably the Meta (Facebook) advertising APIs, and also OpenAI and AWS. We provide no service-level agreement (SLA) and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Meta-side outages, rate limits, API deprecations, permission changes, or data discrepancies can delay or prevent report generation; these events are outside our control and we are not liable for them. If a report fails to generate for any reason, the credit used is automatically refunded, so a third-party glitch never costs you a credit.
8. Termination & changes
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may update these terms with notice; continued use means acceptance.
