WIVer Canvas ("the Service", operated by WIV Labs) generates advertising-creative analysis reports from your Meta (Facebook) advertising data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account: your Facebook app-scoped user ID, display name, and email address (from Facebook or as you edit it), and whether the email is verified.
• Facebook access: a long-lived access token, stored encrypted, used only to read the ad data you ask us to analyze. We request the minimum scopes needed (ads_read).
• Ad data: ad accounts, campaigns, ad performance metrics, and ad creatives (images/text) for the reports you run.
• Usage: jobs you submit, credit transactions, and basic logs for security and support.

How we use it

• To generate your reports: ad metrics and creatives are processed (including by our AI provider, OpenAI) to produce the analysis and generated creative ideas.
• To deliver and store reports (in private cloud storage), email you when they're ready, and let you view or share them.
• To operate teams, credits, and to secure the Service.

Sharing & third parties

• Meta — we read your ad data via the Meta Graph API using your authorization.
• OpenAI — ad creatives/metrics are sent to generate the report content.
• AWS — reports are stored privately and emails are sent via AWS.
• We do not sell your data. Reports are visible only to you and your team admins unless you create a share link.

Retention

• Reports expire after a default of 90 days (per-team configurable) and are then deleted from storage; you may delete a report sooner.
• Facebook tokens are deleted when you disconnect or after prolonged inactivity.

Your choices

• Edit your email, delete your reports, revoke share links, and leave teams at any time.
• Request account deletion (removing personal data and tokens) by emailing us; financial ledger records may be retained in anonymized form as required.
